Utsav Kumar is a PhD student in the Department of Plant Biology at Rutgers University, as well as a Culinary Herb Breeder at Soli Organic. He has a background in quantitative genetics and plant breeding with a passion for serving the needs of applied agriculture in crop breeding. Utsav is experienced in the field, controlled environment, and lab in addition to having a broad understanding of modern plant breeding applications that allow for informed interactions with global and cross-divisional teams and customers.
